One may think after receiving the word to R.E.S.T.; why follow with the word F.E.A.R.?
Well, it is God’s divine daily word that I eat to sustain, propel, and solidify my life’s journey. I love the following song “The Comeback by Danny Gokey” and encourage you to listen while we explore how not to slip into beguilement of the following:
F.E.A.R. where I offer a definition = (Faithless/False | Assertions/Accusations | Enticing/Eliciting | de-Railment/Rakish-Reprobate)

It is time for us not to embrace F.E.A.R. When we succumb to the vile suggestions that fear mystifies us to believe, we become a person who is stagnant, dead, maggot ridden, fault-finding, depressed, off kiltered, and hopeless. We can get into such a rut where there is no return and often suicide is the end result. When one listens to fake suggestions too long, it starts to mold that person’s character.
If one is always being told, “You are not good enough, why even try, you will never amount to anything, you might as well not even try because nothing you do matters, you are not worth the air you are breathing, your work stinks, don’t try to do anything more than what you are now because you can’t, you might as well give up and give in to not ever succeeding in your dreams, etc.”
This evil influence to destroy truth is rampant. The imp of lies creeps early to damage children’s hopes and dreams. Often if nurtured that child may abort their life early or may never realize their true divine purpose as an adult. We must eradicate F.E.A.R. Remember a lie excludes “F” (“F” equals freedom, faith, future, fulfillment, and the FATHER). A lie will take the very liFe out of you! Who is the author of lies? Who wants to steal, kill, and destroy? Who is bent on taking everyone down to an eternal Hell and damnation along with him and all of his misguided followers?
Be not deceived, God is not mocked; so don’t you be!
Don’t allow F.E.A.R. to become your detriment. When one breaks down the proposed definition of F.E.A.R. it allows us to peer into the realm where truth does not exist. A bully likes to exert scare tactics to cause someone they think is weak to bend to their every whim and will. The barrage of false suggestions and threats can cause a confident person to become a wimp after time.
Yes F.E.A.R. creates a void in a person’s life that leads to the following:
Faithless/False
Assertions/Accusations
Enticing/Eliciting
de-Railment/Rakish-Reprobate
When one feeds their fear it often discounts faith.
Thus, the active call for people of God to walk by faith and not sight is not heeded. One is incapable of forging through life’s journey wrapped up in the bondage that fear creates – doubt, disbelief, stagnation, and dreams deferred (or often stifled).
In society there is much buzz about “fake news” and how that has swayed people to become gullible and enticed to accept the hype that a lie creates. False information is the catalyst of chaos. Fake news permeates throughout the core of a person and society that blemishes integrity and destroys destiny. What is the intention of a lie and falsehood? Is it to promote a hidden agenda? Is it to overtly overthrow morality? Is it to begin a ripple effect where a flood of divisive actions rip apart the very foundational truth of pure, undefiled, faith.
A future is destroyed when it is constantly beaten down with the “anti” message.

Anti-Hope
Anti-God
In a legal proceeding when someone makes an assertion that is not based on evidence the attorney vehemently says to the judge and courtroom, “I Object!” How fervent are we as a people discounting accusations that are conjecture? Do we gossip and spread rumors. Is this the type of modus operandi that is in effect when our character supports condemning another without supportive facts? We must become vigilant when seeking to know and live by truth. Many persons are locked up in their own personal jail and hell because they embraced lies. These people never launch into their destiny and victory. These people were defeated from the start.
Remember, the enemy is very ambitious and only desires to see your death – whether it is a slow painful or swift precision murder – satan is not your friend and only wants you to die. Words of doubt, envy, confusion, jealousy, hatred, and insecurity always precedes a vile snake whose only goal is to take you down! Don’t fall for that message. Don’t allow yourself to become derailed by a seducer. The damage is often irrevocable. Once that slippery slope is taken, trying to do a U-turn becomes impossible. Often the decent into the pit of lies becomes the grave we are buried.
Satan gets joy in derailing you from your purpose and destroying your life’s ambitions.
Therefore, be cautious against misrepresenting and misleading in the all that you do, think, and say. Object to even the appearance of falsity. Let not your good be evil spoken of and your life be characterized as a reprobate who is a callous, cold-hearted, selfish, imbecile. The enemy want’s you caught up in bondage so that you are discouraged to the point of breaking your spirit and your will. When you experience moments in life that are disappointing, disgusting, and defeating; make sure to shake it off and concentrate on the fact that if GOD is for you who or what can really be against you.
Peer pressure whether it’s in the young where “Mean Girls and Bullying thrives” or in our later years when we are attempting to “Keep up with the Jones”; these types of mental anguish pursuits can destroy a person’s essence. This competition to be perfect or to assume that perfect is glamorous becomes tainted with sarcasm and brutal toughness. This behavior is a lie and contrary to how God desires us to behave.
Trying to shadow another’s lifestyle, mannerism, and behaviors can create misguided actions. Sometimes these actions lead to destructive consequences that if not thwarted can maime or destroy. The bottom line is be yourself, embrace yourself, and enjoy yourself. Stop trying to engage life by taking on the persona of another’s existence. That type of scenario is laced with fantasy. It is enticing to covet a “perfect ten body image”, fame, celebrity, and riches beyond measure. As a young person, society states that to be rich is the “in thing” and if one is poor they are outcast. Remember, becoming enthralled and embracing this type of advertisement for how one should live, is the way a citizen of this planet exists. True life occurs when one finds R.E.S.T. in who we are as God’s heirs.
Satan is the father of lies, he is the author of wrongdoing, and he masquerades as if he is your friend so that you will act inappropriately to the point of becoming enticed by his edicts of debauchery. You have to be strong in the power of God’s word in order to not become satan’s roadkill in this life. You must not rely on your own wisdom of what appears to be right and sensible because our heart is filthily unstable. God never lies. God never changes. God’s word endures forever. God never brings confusion into your life. God will always stay true to His word.
Since God’s word is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow; don’t succumb to the whims of society’s changeable morals and directives.
Make sure to get suited up with the right type of message where God’s truth helps you to overcome any pressure to bend to peers and walk fearfully. Study the word of God so here are some scriptures to help you become better as you tackle F.E.A.R. and the pressure that this world tries to force upon you:
Exodus 23:2
“You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice…”Proverbs 1:10-15

“He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will suffer harm.”Romans 12:2
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”Ephesians 5:11
“Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them…”
Ultimately, if one wants to achieve greatness as an individual, this occurs only when one discards F.E.A.R. Sin’s fashionable trend to be conformist to elicit behaviors, murderous intentions to win at all costs, immoral decision that discounts others feelings, and rakish appearance to deceive the naive has a finality in hell’s damnation. Let not this draw to follow worldly conduct lead to eternal demise.
This message is provided so that we can walk in Faith not F.E.A.R.
No one should journey in this life with the following mindset and behaviors:
Faithless/False
Assertions/Accusations
Enticing/Eliciting
de-Railment/Rakish-Reprobate
Keep yourself surrounded by persons who uplift you to be better and do better. Avoid yielding to the hypnotizing allure that the enemy and his minions try to lure you into partaking. Let yourself not become entangled and yoked to attitudes, actions, and lifestyles that ends with an eternal consequences apart from God.
The most important truth in this message today is that God loves you and wants the best for you always. His love penetrates the very wall that is created when fear builds it. God’s love heals brokenness. God’s love directs decisions. God’s love wants only the best for everyone. God’s love is free and available 24-7. God’s love is found in Jesus who is the only way to overcome every trick, lie, and scheme to dash your dreams and/or snuff out your life. Just take a chance to believe that God loves you and only wants you to enjoy life; a life that is more abundant than you could even ask or imagine.
My beloved companions on this journey called life, let us remove F.E.A.R. far away from our lives so that we can truly immerse ourselves in the TRUTH of God’s word, ways, and will.
As we close out this message, let us do so in song for truly let the desire that we walk away from fear and walk into love be our ultimate heart’s desire.
