We are always instructed when on an airplane in case of an emergency to make sure to put on your air mask first then take care of your loved ones. This type of wisdom bares in mind that if you are incapacitated then others may perish. Therefore, even if this is an extreme example; we all must take note especially in this era where we are fighting a worldwide pandemic, it must be key to identify areas in our lives that we can live better.
