As I reflected on the past two seasons of the Big Brother (#BB23 and #BB24) television series, specific blaring themes started to emerge:
1. Increased activity around the virtual water cooler I call YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. (Basically, any online outlet where conversations are shared). 😊
2. Controversy occurs when misunderstandings are allowed.
3. Ethnic diversity matters. Racial respect is mandatory. And one should never discount the marginalized person.
