Metamorphosis by definition identifies the natural transition an organism takes from immaturity to adulthood. When reviewing my life journey I am often amazed at how I was able to "get through" to the other side. My testimony is one forged with challenges sometimes by choice through decisions I made and sometimes at the hands of others unexpectedly. My faith has been key to the fortitude that I have acquired while on this journey. Additionally, the love of family and friends has aided me along my way. We all have a story. We all have a past, We all have a present. And we all have a future. The beauty of change is that it is constant, fluid, unpredictable, and full of hope. I pray in your personal life's journey that you can realize that with God all things are possible and that He truly desires your change to be one of betterment, joy, blessings, and love. The truth of the matter is that with God on our side nothing or noone or no situation can ever separate us from His desired end goal for us. Jeremiah 19:11 Gods Word Translation best says it this way, "I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord. They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope." Love to you all. Stay rooted in your Faith. Continue to give God glory. Be Thankful in all situations. And stand firm in peace, love, and joy! Amen Indeed and Shalom from Miriam aka Essence of Myrrh Proverbs 3:5-7

Myrrhishm Message: Thirty Four Shift from Wall to Well changing our perspective
This is the era for dynamic, intentional, and positive change. It is mandatory if we as a people - a human race - are going to better. Civility seems to be a missing component in our daily conversations. "What is going" on I hear Marvin Gaye singing in my head....We have to open up the conversations regardless of the hard task it takes to be transparent and transformational! The question is what will it take to bridge gaps? How can we repair the breach? Can we all just sit at the same table and take the time to have honest, meaningful, without judgement chats? It is long overdue and vital for our human race to heal from inside to out. Let us not build walls but bridge gaps to being well. It's all about repositioning our perpective remove the A of adversary from Wall and replace it with the E of empathy in Well. That is a start....

Selfcare is not Selfish: Myrrhism Message Thirty Three
We are always instructed when on an airplane in case of an emergency to make sure to put on your air mask first then take care of your loved ones. This type of wisdom bares in mind that if you are incapacitated then others may perish. Therefore, even if this is an extreme example; we all must take note especially in this era where we are fighting a worldwide pandemic, it must be key to identify areas in our lives that we can live better. One of the first steps to this is to recognize to mandatorily pour nurturing actions into our lives so that we can address deficits that may drain us throughout the day. Yes, it is vital to take care of ourselves so selfcare is definitely not selfish. Love yourself so that you are equipped to love others in a healthy, well-balanced, and full way.
