(New-Beginnings is Our Witness) holds immeasurable power. And I firmly believe that you too can embrace the transformative process, learning how to breathe again.
In this journey towards capturing the promises that ignite our hearts, I implore you to pursue each day with unwavering hope. Know that you are deserving and worthy of the very best that life has to offer. Embrace the truth that God’s love and grace are with you, pushing you to continue and press forward. Remember, Jesus sacrificed Himself for us, affirming our immeasurable value.

March 2023 I was able to realize a personal “Bucket List” check off. Well, one of my goals in this life while I exist in this realm, I wanted to become a published author. I thank you Lord, for allowing my college buddy to encourage me to participate in a book anthology with other women who share their testimonies.
I shared on YouTube about this journey and provide it in this post the video for you all to hear/view.
It was therapy of sorts to put pen to paper and articulate the journey I am on that is “Learning how to Breathe Again – Just Breathe!” So, I am encouraged, excited, and empowered to share this video I created to proclaim this personal testimonial message from me to whosoever has an ear to hear and time to listen.
If you are going through, I want to encourage ALL that GOD can and does help us through – for me – He did and continuously does get me through every step of my life’s journey.
It is in Him and through Him that I have my breath and being, so hopefully listening to this real and raw video sharing from me; you too will become hopeful and choose to change for the better. OR maybe at least it becomes a catalyst where you now can envision something different for your life’s journey, you can take steps to break through and break out of whatever current circumstance that may have you in bondage.
Yes, it is time for us to all realize and embrace our personal life’s sweet spot and get to that life MORE Abundant type of daily living.
This year, this moment, this minute let’s all step into grace and love of God and move away from the doom of negativity and nothingness.

One more thing I just really desire everyone to know that somethings bad things happen and it sucks. It is not a pleasant situation to endure and it may feel like you are broken to the point of no return. BEFORE you make a final decision that it’s not worth living or I just can’t go through one more moment – take a pause and just ask yourself one last question…what if I take one more breath and then another and then another and then another and I just keep breathing…to the point where change DOES happen. Just don’t let the current situation dictate your destiny because YOU MATTER! I need you! God Loves YOU! and JESUS DIED for you so that you could learn how to keep breathing. God’s grace WILL help you overcome and get through to the NEXT LEVEL. I just ask you to ask yourself ONE last question – WHAT IF I just Breathe 1 more again and then again and then again and then again and then again and then again and then something BEAUTIFUL happens….I learn how to breathe again to get to the newness of life that I was originally destined to live in and through. I love you! But more importantly GOD LOVES YOU MORE!

I know sometimes it is a darken place we may be in temporarily BUT GOD helps us through HIS love and grace to help us keep breathing and teaches us how to get through to the better. So, please ask yourself what if I take one more breath and again and again and again and again and again….and again and I eventually get through to where I am better and life is better and I just learn how to breathe again! Eventually if I keep breathing, I will learn how to make it through one step at a time and then the light will come back on in my life.
So now, I ask everyone to ask yourself before you give up one last question – what if I just take one more breath – and then another – and then another… So, if you are reading this, please know if you just take one more breath and then another and then another and then another, you will eventually get through to the better – it will get better and you will live and know better – SO, please – JUST BREATHE!

As I continue to press forward on my new journey and a new perspective for 2023: Mental Health & Wellness Matters, I know I have to not get weary while in pursuit of well-doing so that I will reap if I faint not. By refocusing on health and wellness, mental enhancement, and spiritual fortitude – I want to reach something different in my life where I can see freedom exuding from every pour of my existence. Freedom to flourish is my aim.
I think about how the first step of my personal freedom was an acceptance that with Christ as my redeemer I can do all things and be all things and overcome all things as He did. He who the Son sets free is free indeed!
John 8:34-38 The Message Version
34-38 Jesus said, “I tell you most solemnly that anyone who chooses a life of sin is trapped in a dead-end life and is, in fact, a slave. A slave can’t come and go at will. The Son, though, has an established position, the run of the house. So if the Son sets you free, you are free through and through. I know you are Abraham’s descendants. But I also know that you are trying to kill me because my message hasn’t yet penetrated your thick skulls. I’m talking about things I have seen while keeping company with the Father, and you just go on doing what you have heard from your father.”

What isC.P.R. + N.O.W.mean to me and anyone who reviews this message?I think humanity is at a code blue status and is about to flatline into a death crisis if we do not pivot so, we need to have a recussitation stat or we will cease to exists!
Isn’t it time for you, me, all of us to live our best lives! Let’s shift it into gear for next-level living where we are actually obtaining the “hoped for good” in our lives. Time for us to achieve the bucket list of goals we once thought were so far off and removed from our grasps. We can and will do this one step at a time, one dream realized at a time, one conversation at a time can spark the fire needed to fuel our promise fulfillment! Amen INDEED!
