I woke up singing “Grateful” from Hezekiah Walker. My heart is so overwhelmed with thanksgiving! Lord, I am so grateful for your love, your protection, your grace, your mercy, your deliverance, your provision, for just EVERYTHING! Praise you God!
Below are some versus that we can marinate on daily. Just to wake up and rejoice in the Lord, for He is mighty and worthy to be praised. There is no one like you Lord in all the Heavens and Earth! Who is like you God? NO ONE! Lord, you alone are the creator of all mankind. You alone created us as your masterpiece! You alone are able to keep everything in balance on Earth as it is in Heaven. All the stars, all the galaxies, all the creatures on land and in seas obey your command. We cry out of our heart the appreciation for your sovereignty.

Lord I am overjoyed with the love you have for me. I know absolutely nothing can separate me from your love and it just brings me to an “awe” moment when I think about your goodness. You take my breathe away with your splendor and magnificence but you also give me my daily air I need to breathe – I am grateful!
As I look back on all the things you have done and brought me through my soul cries out THANK YOU LORD! OH how I adore you and how I am so thankful that you have kept me and never left or forsaken me. God you are there as my buffer from all – from the seen and unseen. I can do nothing without you moving in and through me. You have breathed life into my body when there was no life to be found. But the greatest gift is NEW LIFE in and through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who is your only begotten son provided as a sacrificial replacement for all of my mess, my sin, my disobedience, my unworthiness, my all that is in me that separated me from you – BEFORE CHRIST my redeemer came to live, die, and rise again so that we could be united for eternity! I just want us all to take a pause to reflect upon the goodness that God has bestowed to us daily! Let us not be complainers like those who journeyed in the wilderness for 40 years (Read in the Bible the Book of Exodus the account for how the people of Israel journeyed in a desert land when as they were delivered out of Egypt. They got stuck there because of complaints, doubt, and seeking out idols. They forgot how GOD provided for them every step of their way and loss their promise. Don’t let this be your situation and ending in this life.)
As I continue to praise the Lord today, I want to encourage everyone that you can make it and that with the Lord as your guide you are healed, delivered, provided for, and all your needs are met. JUST BELIEVE and it can be realized in your life. Also, I know that there is absolutely nothing that can come into your life that God is unaware about and that if you trust in God’s word where you can too become victorious and be an overcomer. As I continue to press forward on my new journey and a new perspective for 2023: Mental Health & Wellness Matters, I know I have to not get weary while in pursuit of well-doing so that I will reap if I faint not. By refocusing on health and wellness, mental enhancement, and spiritual fortitude – I want to reach something different in my life where I can see freedom exuding from every pour of my existence. Freedom to flourish is my aim.
I think about how the first step of my personal freedom was an acceptance that with Christ as my redeemer I can do all things and be all things and overcome all things as He did.He who the Son sets free is free indeed!

Time for us to achieve the bucket list of goals we once thought were so far off and removed from our grasps.
